Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always wondered if there is life on other planets. I have come to the conclusion that there must be. Perhaps there aware of us but consider us too 'primitive'to make contact with - we need to sort out our own 'petty scwabbles' here on Earth before they can safely make contact. Perhaps they are just too far away and our signals havn't reached them yet or perhaps they are just so diffrent from us that they don't comunicate in the same way. I hope we do make contact in my lifetime and I can be part of the discovery by participating in Seti@home.As they said in the film 'Contact' - " if there isn't life out there it's an awful waste of space"!!'.
