Hi all I live in flagstaff arizona, here we have dark clear nights made for looking at the stars. I am 48 years old and work as a computer tech. I like star gazing and computers I am also a pilot and enjoy flying more than just about anything else. I read about this project and throught i could put one of my computers to good use instead of having it colecting dust. I have one system on line now doing nothing but crunching numbers for seti and should have two more up and running by the end of march .

i really beleive that there is life ou there . The odds are just to high for there not to be. And i really beleive that one day we will find the proff that we need to show the whole world we are not alone.
I think that we should do everything that we can to try to contact others. I think that any system that we find with planets should have a signel sent to it, who know in 50 or a hundred years we may have some new friends.
I think that SETI@home is great. and i wish that every computer in the world was used this way, and not just for this but for finding cures, and all the other prolbems. it cost very little to have a computer do this kind of work , but the results could make this world a better place to live |
