| I'm originally from Minnesota, and now reside in Arizona. I'm have a teenage daughter of 13. When not busy playing cook, laundress, driver and housekeeper I work as an Executive Administrative Assistant/Systems Administrator. All in all, a pretty dull life . |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I think it's pretty egotistical to believe our planet is the only one in the universe to support life. I'm pretty diappointed we haven't discovered extraterrestrial life yet, and hope that we discover it soon.
I run SETI@home simply because it's fun to do, and think that being a part of a collaborative project on this scale is way cool. I fervently hope that additional forms of collaborative computing can be developed in the future, to help with medical research, etc. |
