Profile: Dave Christenson

Personal background
Hi. My name is Dave Christenson. I am a 50 year old union carpenter. I work for the union as the senior tradeshow dispatcher. I send tradeshow carpenters to work on events all over the Pacific Northwest of the United States. It is an interesting job.

When not behind my desk in the dispatch office, I am usually down teaching at our carpenters specialty training center where I am a partime evening instructor. I teach many different subjects, but my favorite is First Aid/CPR. I get such a thrill knowing thatt I can pass my skills down to many generations and that these skills can help make our world a better place.

Besides teaching First Aid for the carpenters, I am a volunteer health and saftey services instructor for our local chapter of the american red cross.

My hobbies include:
painting landscapes
woodworking - I'm a carpenter what did you expect.
tinkering with my computers

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
The Truth is out there!!!

Yes life exists on other planets in the universe. I hope someday soon we will be able to prove it. My little contribution in processing these work units for SETI may help prove it. Who knows.

Drop me a line if you feel like it. Davidcchristenson@comcast.net
