Personal background
I am a single mom with two kids and a Christian (hey, I can't even begin to imagine that God made just us....how entertaining could that possibly be for the Almighty? Especially since we are such a huge disappointment.) I am an LMP (need a massage?) and I work for the summer in The Boeing Store at the tour center. Visiting Washington? Come see me and buy Boeing stuff!
I got Seti cause a friend has it and I thought it was pretty darn nifty, by golly.

Anyway...that was not all about me. It would take up too much space. Hope you enjoyed.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am just going to use the possible topics...cause I am being distracted by children and I am too tired to come up with anything on my own.

1. I think extraterrestrial life exists because a. I have been watching Star Trek since I was old enough to blink at the tv on daddy's lap and b. I cannot be so arrogant to think that God just made us and was done with it. I don't know if we will discover it. We may already have and no one is telling you about it. Benifits? Well if we weren't human I am sure the possibilities are endless, but because we are human, I am sure we will be a huge disappointment to whomever comes looking because we are greedy and have no regard for others.

2. I think we should transmit a beacon. Maybe one that says only 85% of us are jerkfaces and the others are worth getting to know.

3. I run SETI@home because I think it is nifty. I think the project is a very interesting a concept and wouldn't be neat if it did find something? I have no suggestions at this time. I do not have the time to ponder such things. Maybe when I retire.

Ciao and happy ET hunting!
