Hi, my name is HighTower. I'm a 23 year old guy from Germany.
My hobbies are SETI@Home, SETI@Home and SETI@Home.
I'm a member of SETI.Germany, the currently 2nd largest team of the world. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Yes, I believe, we are not alone. The reason is, the universe is so big, that it could not be possible, that we are the only intelligent beings.
But if we find the signal from other "guys" in the universe, I think it will be a big chance to see, if we are one world. One world which will be united.
2. I think we should send some signals to have the chance getting found by others. We can't hope, that the others will send a signal. If every lifeform in the universe thinks that the others will send a signal, and no one is doing it, we will never be able to know each other. We should do something to get found by others.
3. Why I'm running SETI@Home. Because I believe, that we are not alone. And I would find "the signal" ;-) |
