I'm a 41 year-old (at the time of this note it's 2006) computer programmer living in Chicago, USA.
Mostly, I work, watch TV, work, watch TV, work, and give some attention to my wonderful Wife and Son, not necessarily in that order, but usually.
I'm an avid fan of Science Fiction, and have a strong belief that there is intelligent life in the universe...somewhere... I'd like to think that there is intelligent life on Earth, but, sadly, there is little evidence to substantiate that belief.
I'm not a particularly spiritual or religous person, but I try to live by a moral code, and I try to respect other peoples' beliefs...though some (like Christianity) are hard to swallow given how few people of that faith actually practice what they preach...and it's so splintered that the message is watered down anyway. Other than that, I'm a typical guy...who just doesn't get out of the house much.
