Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I firmly believe there is intelligent life in the universe other than on planet Earth. I believe we will discover life on other planets in our solar system before we detect signals from other planets.
A danger always exists when technology is obtained before one knows how to use it.
By all means...transmit that beacon! Let our neighbors know what we are all about.
I run SETI@home so I may be a part of the search for the big signal.
