I am a 52 year old mother of one, a girl 18. I have an AS in Computer Science with a minor in Astronomy. Have always loved looking at the stars and learning as much as I can about our universe, and I definately believe that WE ARE NOT ALONE.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I would like to see contact made within my daughter's lifetime and I want to help anyway I can to see that goal achieved. I think SETI at home is a wonderful program for those of us who wanted to be involved in the space sciences and could not or did not make the cut to be there. I dream that contact will be made one day very soon and our species will know that we are not as special as we all think ourselves to be. In this vast universe that we call home, it is beyond bekief that we consider ourselves the only EBE present.
