I am from Fort Wayne, IN. I am a logistics coordinator for UPS-SCS who was contracted out to HP/Compaq to ship there parts throughout the country. I am 21 years old and I am looking to follow my passion of computers through. I want to learn everything I can about programming and IT. I have friends that are over in Germany and I can't wait to get back over to visit them especially Stefan who to me is a brother.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe extraterrestrial life exists why not all that space and we are the smartest thing out there. I hope we locate extra life through SETI or another means of communication the benefits of a discovery are infinite I hope and the dangers are of course serious if we make them/it feel threatened. Of course, we should transmit a beacon and we should say who we are and send some information like mathematical equations since it is the cornerstone to everything. I run SETI @ Home for the hope that we find something out there. I am in total favor of this in fact the government should fund NASA and other space affiliates more money currently we can only see 1% of space thats not much.
