It is incressingly neccessary for private citizens and universitys to work on projects like this ... I mean to say when was it we last had a president who was even remotely intrested in the space program, well there was Kennedy but they shot him. Of course there is life elsewhere in the universe how small minded you would have to be to beleive that for once instant there isnt. Humanity should propell itself into space conisder it a new manifest destiny , but this time lets learn that during our new explorations of space and travel there we should never disrupt, displace or destroy ANY life, race or being we discover.
Here is what we should be sending into space... "help were about to destroy ourselves and our plant, yet some of us are worth saving"
I run seti at home because there is no excuse not to it is a wonderfull project and I wish it every success. |
