Yes there is life on other planets.
Some of that life is probably already living amongst us or already has. Most people are not ready to learn about ET life and it will scare them to death.
Yes we should transmit a beacon at frequency's beyond what we know now when they are available. Let them know that there is also life on other planets in our solar system and in others and that we should meet.
To help find this life in our universe. Excellent project. It gets everybody involved.
