I live in Rotterdam, in The Netherlands.
I like Seti@home, because it is a personal interest of me (and of others too i guess)
Nothing more to report for this moment.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1)
Hmm, to begin with the question if extraterrestrial life exists... Would be hard not to say so..
Well let's find out with seti, then we can listen to them.
And find out if we can trace is, an than analyze it, before we made a wrong impression to the other species.
2)
IF, after stage one it seems the other species are not human-frendly, and are more advanced than our race (species) then we should avoid detection. Making an error, and being destroyed for that error is not somethinh you can do over...i.e. if they blow up out earth, we can't do a retry!
At the otherhand, if they are in good means, yes we should make contact, so both of our species can evolve, and learn from each other, that way we could advance beyound our wildest dreams now.
3)
It got my attention at tv, since then....addicted to it, with sadly sometimes a break......Think it is a good project....
