Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
ET lifes exist. Or they may be exist. We should investigate.

It's important to communicate with other civilizations, but it's dangerous, too. We don't know that they are friendly or not, and I think we will be not that powerfull to protect ourself.

Benefits, ough, to say it "benefit" is not stylish. If we think the benefit, we can do nothing. We can learn something new, but it's not well totaly, because we wouldn't work about this new discover. And without effort and unsleeply nights, we could not own this new informations.

A beacon is a good idea. We can send our DNA code collected from all regions of world. Or a mathematic formul, maybe the Pitagor's. Something what which shows that this beacon was not send with luck. Or sinus and cosinus, because with them we can build the imaginated Z enseble. Or maybe I should prefer to send myself as beacon :)

But I think, that we're doing the same mistake: The world is not our playground.
