born in January of 1946 in the state of ohio , have been a student of space since a very young age,starting with Marvel Comics stories of off worlders.
then came the USSR's launchinng of Sputnic and kennedy's promise of a man on the moon and a dream was born that has seen the advent of such wonders that the search for extra intelengent life of my child hood could be completed in my lifetime.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
If the dream is to be reality this is the best fourum going. there is a risk that by announcing our self that we lay the path of our own destruction for even among our own history when a supiour race meets a lesser a yielding of self rule has occured,but in this event as long as the race survies it is drawn into a new age.But I feel that the possible advantages far out way any negitive out comes.It is our nature to take risks to explore the unknown and push back the boundries of knowledge.
