Hi,
I am fresh computer science ingeneer. I work on internet portal, web ,java techno (like Servlets, JSP, EJB). I think linux is very good Operating System, because it 's free and easy to newby with distribution like Mandrake (http://www.mandrakesoft.com). But linux willn't the solution for office OS (windows neither ;)), the good OS is maybe macOS X, because it 's wonderful, powerful and beautiful (with aqua UI) OS but the problem it doesn't exit on PC only on Mac :(.
