Hi, I'm .tekrox (Ethan Palmer) a 16 year old australian guy obsessed with computers cars and cooking! I joined srti a long time ago but with my really bad computer it was going to take over 49 hours to do one unit so i kinda didn't bother but now i've got a new(er) pc and are happy to leave seti on It's not just a Program with a cuase it helps me stress test my cpu ^_^
Well the thing up the top syas i should talk about my occupation and hobbies - I'm a Student Currently Studying @ Reynella East High School In Grade 11, Apart from the stff i said i love above i Have a strage Obsession/Fascination with Anime and Japan - Sometime (probably when i'm like 23-26) I plan to live in japan! Well for anything else i guess i could say i have a dog named Named Roxanne she's a Pheonix Boxer her picture is on my website if you hard enough ;-)
Well thats about all i have to say about myself!
wait - my favorite quote is:
"PS2 is like the Civic of consoles.. everyone's got em but they're underpowered and overrated."
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I Honestly Don't Know - But Thats Why I Run SETI to see if we can find out! I Guess There could be a few dangers - but as Ernie Dingo said - If 'ya never ever go - you'll never ever know!!
2. Yes i do think hums should transmit a becon of some sort or multiple beacons would be best then we'd have a higher chance of ever contacting an intelligent alien life-form
3. Any Suggestions - Seti could some sort of skinning interface?
