I used to live in Alameda, California and worked in San Francisco.
1992 due to job situation in the Bay Area I relocated to Cologne, Germany and have since been working as computer programmer.
One of my many hobbies in California was Astronomy. It was partly due to the best weather conditions we can get and partly due to many resources available.
When I saw the SETI project in 1999 I knew I wanted to be part of the project.
I wish the SETI project many success.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think the SETI idea is wonderful.
May be at least quarterly or half yearly to issue some kind of newletters to give us some overviews of the project. So we see what was the ups and downs of the project.
