My name is Martin, was born in July 1981 and I live in a small area next to France even German's don't know exactly. Currently I'm fullfilling my civil duties, so called "Zivildienst" in a home for eldery. SETI@home runs currently on two machines:
My server: Pentium III, 1,4 GHz and 512 kb L2-Cache, SETI@home permanently running
My client: Pentium 4, 2,4 GHz running if I don't need full processor power. |

I'm convinced there is extraterrestial life if you look at the dimensions of our universe. Maybe we won't find it, but I think we shouldn't cancel search for it. Humans are explorers, so we should pay respect for our habbits.
I personally support SETI@home because I hope to be part of the group of people who can prove we are not alone.
