I am 37 and currently with the Coast Guard. I enjoy building models, taking karate. I have a custom built AMD 1GHZ computer. I grew up watching the moon landings and was always interested in it. I finally got a chance to go to the Kennedy Space Center this summer and I loved it!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have always thought that there is extraterrestrial life out there somewhere.
I just hope that I am still alive when they come and show themselves to us.
Years ago I heard about what SETI was doing. By farming out pieces of the signal to home users, SETI has increased the chances of finding out if indeed we are alone or if someone or something is knocking on our door.
