Construction Inspector, involved primarily in the construction of mass transit light rail, and within that framework, mostly involved with the power systems.

Hobbies - People watching, travel, workouts, cooking (with attention to proper nutrition)

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. I think it is certainly possible, but don't expect to see it in my lifetime.

2. I suppose I'm neutral on this question. I would only say that if we do send a beacon, don't let any politicians have anything to do with it. We only have one shot at a first impression.

3. I run SETI@home because I think it's a very good experiment, because I like the fact that my computer is fully used, and I suppose because I'm very interested in the process.
