Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think man by nature is curious and should look for others alike himself.

Do you think extraterrestrial life exists?
Yes I sure hope there is other intelligent life forms in our galaxy or beyond...

What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?
I'm sure if we find a peaceful being like ourselves we could benefit greatly from each others experiences. especially how to live together in peace and not WAR.

Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? If so, what information should we send?
Yes we should transmit a beacon, but be very carefull what the message contains, not devulging too much information, just enough to let them know we are here, the time frame we exist in, and what out intensions are.

Why do you run SETI@home?
To contribute in the finding of intelligent life in other planets, soon.

What are your views about the project?
The project is great, it should be better funded and students should participate and make thier carrers in this aera of specialty.

Any suggestions?
I think all nations should have there own project with the same goal, finding life elsewhere, but thier should also be a commitee that organizaes, documents and analyzes all the data for future references. The board of this commitee should have old and young people, with fresh ideas, experienced and beginers, to contribute for all views.

Tha's my 2 cents.
