I do think that extraterrestrial life exist because:
I you look at the size of the univers, and than look at the number of plannets.
The change that there would be intteligent life out there is very pressent. If this would not be the case, would this not be an alfual waist of space? If al this space is just of us? To think that we are the only intelligent life form would be some wat arrogant, as we are not that great. Neverderless this is not to say with great certance, as i simply do not know for sure, no one know's untill we meet them.
The benefits, could be so must. Just think about the techology adventage, and the information they could posses about the univers. Whe would make a enormous jump in technologie. This would make so many thing possible, like space travel.
How ever this could bring a great danger with it, this i can explaine with a simpel question. Can we handle this technology, and how many will die untill we can, if ever..
Transmitting a beacon could be an good idea, if we thing that extraterrestrail file is nice and good. If this is not the case, well me might get in to trouble some day. But that is wat life is about, taking risks, and heading in a unknown future. |
