Do I think that there is something else? Well, let me try to explain.
All of us at one point or another have looked to the stars and have sent 'our' mental, heartfelt cosmic mind-meld message to anyone who might hear - an ET, a higher power, who ever. This message was a result of some form of emotional event that occured in our(mine anyways)life.
Are we blessed with Eternity in our hearts, or cursed to Oblivion? Is our existance a result of Genesis, or gas? If God created life here, then why not somewhere else as well? We search and try and communicate with the 'stars' because we do not want to be alone.
Do I beleieve?...yes. Is SETI the key? Well, it is the best we have. Right? |
