Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
SETI@home is representing my own thoughts on our universe.
We human should not think we are alone. Our universe with its infinite dimension can't just be populate by human, there have to be more intelligent races.
In my opinion it's important for our future to find evidences for such extraterrestrial life. This would change our view on mankind and I'm sure this would open us a chance for a better future.
I know this sounds a little bit childish but i feel confident about this.
I hope this project pushes the research so we don't have to wait hundreds of years until we can testify extraterrestrial life.
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
