Profile: Anthony Armstrong

Personal background
A self-employed videographer/computer consultant from south-central Pennsylvania. I have a wonderful family made up of my wife and two kids (one boy, one girl). Maybe someday their daddy will be credited with finding the first sign of extraterrestrial life. (Hey, why not? They loved the movie after all.)
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe that this universe is too big to so lonely. There's bound to be others out there somewhere. I would hope that we are directing our own beacon out there so that other civilizations could locate us. Some kind of Rosetta Stone message that gives them a key to our languages, etcetera. I would hate to think that the only message that other planets may find from us are a bunch of I Love Lucy re-runs or something. :)
