I am 50 years old and live near Olympia (State Capital) in Washington State. My wife and I have owned our own disaster and earthquake preparedness consulting and supply company, the Emergency Supply Center, since 1995. Hobbies include collecting worldwide stamps, with a specialty in New Zealand, and American Fur Trade Era History and reenactment, about which I am in the process of writing a book.
I love watching all forms of auto racing and have attended three United States Grand Prix races in Watkins Glen, New York.
I became interest in the search for extraterrestial life while attending the launch of the Space Shuttle Endeavor in December 1998. I saw the SETI@home program running at a customer home were I was installing earthquake safety fasteners and loaded the program as soon as I could. Thank you for the opportunity and entertainment. |
