I'm very interested by space things, and of course by SETI project. I'm real private pilot and I like it very much. My participation for the SETI project is, for me, a thing I return for all the dreams the NASA and others space agency gave to me in young life...

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

The research of extraterrestrial life is, in my mind, the greatest research of the human life. But, I think the human generation is not ready to have a good contact in peace with an others intelligence that would be very different of us.
Then, I consider that we must have a lot of care if we have, perhaps a day, a real contact with E.T. life.
The benefits of that are unknown, cause we don't know which life we'll discover.
I run SETI@home because the work is uncommensurable, unbelievable and any help to make calculations must be given.
I would like to have a synthesis of the general results you have about SETI research, in french, if possible...Statistics can't be, as they are alone, satisfy any people who participate at SETI project. |
