Personal background
The most obvious knowledge of mr friends is if it has a place in which to put batteries, has a wire or a gear in it or on it, plugs in to the wall, or looks like it needs to be, chances are I've torn one apart =:^)

I'm 37, I live down in South Texas where my family and I enjoy the beach and warm weather, learning about the ocean and all it's wonders with my children as well as learning about space above us and of course dad's favorite pastime, driving a few down the fairway "ever-so-often."
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I have no doubt that life exists elsewhere. We tend to narrow our vision of an alien being chanting the mantra Eine Kliene Baradda Nichto ( I know, I just like to see if anyone is paying attention). All we need to find is one spore of ANYthing out there.

I am excited about our forefront project in space, NASA's Oddesy Spacecraft. Getting thermal images to go along with current topographical maps will reveal so much valuable information, or so I'm hoping. I hope our space program will not suffer in the next few years.
