Personal background
Hi there,

I live in germany near the dutchboarder (yes germany is not the equal to Dutch).
I´m working in a Softwarehouse as a consultant for Navision Fiancials and EASY Archive. And our hole workgroup joined in SETI now .

In my work I´ve often contact to Systemsadministrators of our clients and almost every time they saw my SETI Screensaver run the wanted to have their own copy. Who knows maybe we find something sometime.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Even if i don´t realy believe that we will make first contact via Radiowaves, cause if those Signals arrives at us the Sender maybe already found us first. In case that there is a technical way to break the "Wall of Lightspeed" .
But we have to start at any point to lookout for ETI´s so why not with those tools that we have already developed.

The idea of useing the CPU Power of distant Systems via Internet was simple, but as most simple ideas also great. To be honest this great idea was the main reason for me to join SETI at Home. Cause it seem to me that this project is in the hand of some smart people.
