| I'm from the small mountain town of Taos, New Mexico. I am a Computer Science major at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. I have been playing guitar (acoustic, electric, and classical) for about a year now. I also play football here at DePauw. I've always been interested in just about every aspect of computing, from hardware to theory. I think it's really interesting to be able to do at least a small part in the search for intelligent life elsewhere, especially by just downloading and running a program. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| Based solely on math, the chances of life somewhere else in the universe are phenomenal. All I know about the matter is that it remains to be seen what else is in the cosmos. SETI@home is a wonderful idea and great in practice, and hopefully something grand comes out of it. |
