| I am 61 years old, born in Miami Florida, now liveing in Hollywood Florida. I am now retired because of a hart atack. I spend a lot of time on the internet. My hobbies are collecting sports cards, baseballs, coins, gem stones, reading sci fi books, and running seti@home. I am running a Celeron 2.81gh processer with 1024mb of DDR ram, useing windows xp home. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I think there is extraterrestrial life out there. The universe is so large that you have to think we are not the only ones around. I am not sure when or how, but I think we will find them. The benefits would the same as with any new contact, be it with other people or countries. I think the SETI project is a good place to start. We have to keep in mind that we may find something out there but because of the distance and time we may not get an answer back in our life time. The fact that when we get a signal it will be a great step foward. |
