| I'm from Cypress California, which is about an hour south of Los Angeles. I am currently running SETI@home while I'm at school in Fairfield, CT. I'm a student majoring in Politics, but I like to do a little astronomy when the opportunity presents itself. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I believe SETI@home may present a solution to many of today's techonological problems-- if the spare computer time of the nation could be harnessed into seeking worth while goals, the amount of time needed to cure disease, build a fusion reactor, and search the galaxy could be dramatically reduced. Hopefully, every user of SETI@home can be content to know that he or she is doing a small part to produce something greater than any one person could do in 50 lifetimes |
