1. I think that can exist estraterrestrial life. But this is probabile, not sure.
2. Yes, we must transmit a beacon for others to find, maybe in binary code.
3. For fun and to help SETI. I suggest you to make SETI@home interface more interesting and You must improuve SETI@home speed (now his speed is very slow.)
