I don't think there is any question but that ET life does exist but if we find it, it will be by dumb luck freak accident. I think the only danger is if the extra terrestrials would land on the earth - and the danger would be to them. We are not civilized enough to deal with it. We'd be wanting to kill, maim, disect, and imprision in the name of scientific research and we've already proven that.. We'll find them - when they're ready to be found.
Sure, we can send a beacon. But here's my guess...they already know we're here. They don't need a beacon. |
