| I think Seti is probably one of the greatest undertakings in human endeavors!If life exists elsewhere in the cosmos{and I beleive somewhere in time/space there are other intelligent beings}then we owe it to ourselves to look.Is it safe to let them know we are here?One of three things can happen:they will ignore us/not notice us{like ants on the forest floor},they will be benevolent and welcome us to the intergallactic community or they will perceive us as a threat!I think it is worth taking the chance to find out! |
