Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am sure that there is life else where in the universe. Programs like SETI are the most certain way to find life in another planet. If we just wait here for them to come I doubt they would once they see all the destruction that goes on on Earth.
I run SETI@Home because I know first hand about the cost of technical equipment. And since the program doesn't use much of the system resources, I feel lucky that I get to help, as small as it is, with such a great project.
