Personal background
I live in the near of Heidelberg in Germany and was born in 1968. My hobbies are
music, astronomy, computer and reading books.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1) Yes! The question is if we ever notice or reach them. They probably don't
want to be found. Or they are too far away to be reached by space ships. We
need a technique like a star gate...
2) No! Since we don't know how aggressive ETI are. If ETI want to find us they
would do it even without a beacon.
3) It's the only known project where I can spend the otherwise wasted CPU power.
