I am a full time computer technician and Linux Networking student. I am also a former U.S. Marine.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Yes I do believe extraterrestrial life exists. I believe we will be contacted when we are ready. Yes, we should try to communicate with any means possible. It is in our nature to be explorers. We need to make sure that we venture out into space with an open heart and not be greedy. We need a policy of "first contact" like Star Trek.
