1. I do think extraterrestrial life exists. As to when or how it will be discovered, I'm not sure. If it is discovered, the benefits and dangers to society are dependent on the type of life found.
2. Yes, we should transmit a beacon for others to find that includes informaiton about our languages and our ways of life.
3. I run SETI@home for the slight chance my computer will find big. |
