OK, so I don't exactly ring the bell for MENSA but the whole website and GIU could be easier to navigate. How about a diagnostic/status button that I can click on when I get errors, like not being able to communicate with servers. I'd like to know, in simple terms that I can understand, (think confused geriatric) exactly what is going on with the program and how it's working - or not, on my computer.
