| Peace and long life to you all. I'm a 62 year old single guy living in sunny Southern California in what is called the Inland Empire. City is Chino Hills and a great place to live. Formerly worked in trucking in customer service, billing and collections but have now been retired since 1995. Will be getting my first Social Security check in a couple of months so am now a certified old fart. LOL. Have been running SETI for quite awhile now and just recently did something (haven't a clue what) to my computer that increased the processing speed from around 42 hours down to 9 to 11 hours so will soon have my average down to just a bit under light speed. Yeah right! Enjoy working around the yard mostly and try to get in a trip to Vegas as often as possible. |

| Am firmly convined that we are not alone in the universe. The bible makes a comment about "In my Fathers house are many mansions". Rather a strange way of expressing something since a "spirit" would presumeably not need a house. My opinion of what that means is a veiled reference to the fact that His Father resides in the whole universe and that the mansions are the galaxies. Would not even hazard a guess as to when we will find our brothers and sisters out there but it will happen. Hopefully it won't until we are capable of meeting them with love and respect and, needless to say, vice versus. We also need to consign our boundless arrogance to the scrap heap; we are not the zenith of creation. We already have been transmitting for the last 50 years, unfortunately most of what another civilization would see would probably cause them to build an energy shield around our solar system to keep us in!!! Am running SETI in the hopes that in some small way I might help with the search. Sincerely hope it continues and expands. May you all live long and prosper. |
