I use SETI for over 3 years now, and I kind of like this cute prog. I think it's very interesting to be a part of this large group of people who dream about space and the possibility of life outside our planet Earth. Although I think that the probability to actually meet extra-terrestrians in a near or far future is extremely low (mainly because space is just so damn BIG), I still believe that we are not alone and that maybe one day we will be able to find other intelligent forms of life outside our home planet.
Well, I could add that I come from a tiny little country in the Heart of Europe... Luxembourg. As I have learnt people know more about space than about Earth geography: out of 100, at least 60 don't know where Luxembourg is :-( Therefore I would suggest to start studying Earth geography before heading for space! |
