1.Yes,next 10 years, weak radio signal.
Benefits? That is one of the toughest questions of all time.
Dangers? Think what "fear of the unknown" as done to the human race so far.
2.I think we are already sending, I'm not too sure what will be gleaned from our signals.
3.Why? How about tons of Si-Fi reading. Views,It just does my heart good to know some people think, some things are more important than SUV's.
Suggestions, Start thinking about our contact group make-up. Now won't that take up a few thousand hours of discussion?(is that spelled right?)
