Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
How many of the billions of galaxies contain stars with a system of planets, and how many of those stars contain planets with the necessary conditions for life, and how many of those planets contain bacterial life forms, and how many of those planets contain intelligent life, and how many of those planets contain intelligent life forms similar to humans? The probability suggests that there are hundreds and thousands of intelligent civilizations in the universe.
