| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I think ET exists according to the huge space available for life to develop. To answer when will we find it is not easy, there is a great chance not to discover it at all and the same chance to discover it. All it depends on our ( and optionally on THEIR ) technology:)
2. I think we shall send beacons, it might be found sometime by others which could persuade them of ET life from their prespsctive as well - and they might start searching more eagerly, don´t you think?
3 Why do I run Seti? Well, according to my first two answers, I do believe there is somebody out there and I want to be a part of the group of people who do look for what they believe in. |
