| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I have always been interested in science - all science. I feel that extraterrestrial life is a statistical fact, just not confirmed yet. I feel also that only factual science can give us the incontrovertible answer, not so-called "sightings" of UFO's and such. Seti, and Seti at Home is a real scientifically based search for this answer, and I feel I am contributing to a truly scientific approach at answering this question.
This project is looking for "Intelligent" extraterrestrial life. I think it is only a matter of time before we discover proof of "other" life right here in our own solar system. |
