Personal background
Not much to say here,

I've been a geek since 1979 when I got my first TRS-80 and it's never stopped. I've gone through the Atari 800, +ST's and several Commodore's VIC20, C=64, C=128, Amiga 1000 2000, and of course a Super Pet :). Of course I've had Apple//, e's , Mac classic's, Classic Color, Performa, Quadra, many different PPC's and a couple of iMacs of diferent generations, I went over to the dark side slowly with my first PC-XT then Turbo'd it to a whopping 8MHz!!. I've built every one of my Intel/AMD machines since 1986 and there have been several, 286-16,20 , 386-16,33,40 486-33,DX40,66 and 80, I had Cyrix-120,133 then AMD586-120, Pentium 60,66,133,166,233 AMD233, Over to the venerable Celeron300a (O/C to 450) then AMD SLOT A's, of course Pentium 11's and most of the newer AMD offerings.

Today my team of computers consists of a P4-2.4c(On Air 3.2GHz), AMD XP2400+, O/C Celery 1100MHz, and last but not least my trusty P2-500 server running Linux keeping track of my MP3, Print and file serving.

I'm a geek, what can I say ??
