Answer 1. Yes, How Could it Not.
Answer2. Yes, Maybe there are planet bound (like us) life search for transemissions just like us. If everyone just listens, no one will hear.
I don't think we should give out any information such as location, ect.
But a general Hello we are out here and wish to trade information.
Answer3. Why not. If the government will not spend the money to properly fund a project such as this. Then I feel that it is up to me to help in anyway I can. I am poor , but I do have the asset of computer free time. So why not use it while I sleep. |
