Personal background
I'm an echocardiographer for the past 26 yrs. Always interested in the universe and all it has to offer. Only hope the universe is interested in us.
Patiently waiting for it's reply. My husband and I also went on tne first planetary sociaty's expidition to the antartic penninsula and the Shetlan islands in 1999 with Dr.Louis Friedman, an quest of a life time
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. YES. although I don't think we'll discover them, they will have to contact us.

2. YES. The information should let them know that not all of the human race is as barbaric as we seem. And that we are curious and very willing to listen and learn.

3. Just hoping that we will be contacted some day in my life time. This project is a beginning, only the beginning, may it never be shut down or droped from our future in the vast universe
